I know we are in the north, but some spicy go a long way used a 1/3 bottle hot sauce. I mentioned the drinks they really find good.

I finally have the chance to stop at the last visit in plattsburgh of the pepper after I heard so many great things and therefore my rating 3 stars in the oppos... read more I finally have the chance to stop at the last visit in plattsburgh of the pepper after I heard so many great things and therefore my rating 3 stars in the opposite of the 1 star experience I had personally. I think it was just a free day. it was sober that two kitchen staff stopped and they broke a bartender so that the owners were in the kitchen and were a volunteer from the firehouse bartending. so unfortunately the following develops: the kitchen was secured so that all the food was late. they were from calamari. no heads from the server. our drinks were late. seemed to be the case with neighboring tables. the order of my dates was wrong and the preparation of the vegetarian burritos they brought was not appealing. it should be pork, and the worst part was when we informed the server about the order, it seemed confused. placing the order again would seem more delay it seemed, and it did not even offer to take the order of the review. the food was not eaten. since my data has grown up in this city, they have still paid for the fact that eating is only supported. it was all very disappointing and even with a personal change the server could take care of the customers a little better. Never invite someone to eat that they didn't order or that you've confused. that should be refunded immediately and or given a compliment at some point. hospitality 101. the chips and salsa were delicious and I am sure the owners did not know about some of these additional events, so I hope they were restored. I'll check it again if I get a second chance back, as I've always heard great things.

The service is always wonderful. I wish I could give them a ten-star rating!
