I contacted the local health d... read more I found a bug underneath a flap of skin of a thigh (see pictures 2 weeks ago. Research on the Internet said it was a kitchen bug. I contacted the local health department, but have not received anything back from them. I would have preferred to contact the manager directly, but was unable to verify who that is.I loved KFC and was a customer for the past 40+ years. Unfortunately, I can never bring myself to buy anything from them again.

When I called the restaurant to let them know, the person who took my order admitted he forgot the tenders and simply said sorry, without offering any further assistance. I asked what time they closed, but he wasn't sure if they would still be open when my fiancé went back to pick up the rest of our food.

I will go again and look forward to have a good time at KFC in Plattsburgh !
