One tim... read more I only go to this restaurant for convenience, as it is located directly off the ferry. However, they consistently make mistakes and never offer refunds. One time, I ordered a blueberry muffin and received a blueberry donut instead. Today, I requested a bagel with extra cream cheese and that's exactly what I got. The staff and location are unreliable, so I recommend going to Plattsburgh for better value.
