Dunkin' - Plattsburgh

This Dunkin' Donuts is the worst I have ever visited. I waited over half an hour for my bagel sandwich, during which time the staff were playing on their phones in the corner and even got into an argument over making the food. After 30 minutes, I requested a refund which took another 10 minutes because they were so busy. There were only 3 people working, and there were 10 cars in the drive-through and another 8 customers inside, all waiting for their food. As I left, the person in front of me threw out their food because it was burnt and cold. Don't bother wasting your time here.

Our favorite spot in Plattsburgh, we always stop for an iced coffee before returning to Montreal.

The restaurant closes at 7pm, leaving bus travelers on an international bus unable to purchase refreshments.

Come on, Dunkin'. It's just hand mixed hot chocolate powder, and this is what it looks like. It is like they couldn't be bothered, its hardly mixed. I could have done better at home myself.

Two large iced teas that tasted like they were brewed with used dish water. Something I could ignore if the drinks were still $0.99, but they're $2.59 and undrinkable.Someone else's food in the bag.
