The service and food at this restaurant were awful. They definitely need a new manager.
I only go to this restaurant for convenience, as it is located directly off the ferry. However, they consistently make mistakes and never offer refunds. One time, I ordered a blueberry muffin and received a blueberry donut instead. Today, I requested a bagel with extra cream cheese and that's exactly what I got. The staff and location are unreliable, so I recommend going to Plattsburgh for better value.
I have been here three times, and each time they have forgotten my order. I understand that I may not be their top priority and I am willing to be patient, but at the very least, get my order right.
The restaurant closes at 7pm, leaving bus travelers on an international bus unable to purchase refreshments.
