Unfortunately, I was very dissatisfied and disappointed with the experience. There is no priority lane for seniors and customers with disabilities. When I inquired about this with a staff member named Ella, she informed me that there is no such lane for elderly customers. I would like to bring this issue to the management's attention. Customer service should prioritize the needs of elderly individuals and those with disabilities. Please address this matter with the seriousness it deserves. Thank you.
