Service was great, atmosphere was ok, Restroom was kept clean and their crew kept tables clean. The crew who was attending to the trash bins was very helpful. When we took our food wrappers coffee cups to the bins, she cheerfully helped deal with the cup with coffee left in it. Parking is not a problem. What Voltaire Valones doesn't like about Mcdonald's Nlex Km 42 Petron:
They have parking slots to order but there is no one taking orders when you park on those designated slots. It lost it's purpose and only caused customer delay. Experienced this thrice which led me to just go through drive thru eventually. All in all a pleasant experience but if the placed is packed due to breakfast time, the kitchen seems to be overwhelmed as per usual. compare to other McDonald's branches during AM, they are average. Staff are very attentive and energetic.
I recently visited McDonald's and was impressed by the quality of food and service. The restaurant was clean and well organized, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We came during breakfast and there were no lines because the staffs were systematic and fast! Mcdo employees in this branch were kind and courteous, especially ate staff assisting us in the kiosks. Good job!
The whole place is clean and most of the crews were helpful. We had a nice breakfast the pancakes were thick unlike before they were so thin. I am satisfied with my order and I think the price of my breakfast is worth it.
Our go to drive thru place whenever we go up North. The kids love pancakes and hashbrowns for breakfast. There's always a long queue here during peak season. And there's always a wait for the orders to get.
