Yesterday I got an açaí bowl that was pretty small for the price and the smoothie part was frozen solid, which was not ideal. Today I gave them a shot at redemption, and got a grain bowl that was? fine, otherthan instead of an actual grain it was WHITE RICE with some veggies on top. I guess I should have read the menu more closely,but in my experience grain bowls are usually whole grains or quinoa. Overall, food felt rushed and underwhelming for the price,but at least it?s a healthy option and the cashiers were polite and pleasant both times.

Im a very flexible person and would?ve appreciated a phone call if certain items weren?t available instead of receiving an incomplete order. I also ordered a ceaser salad that was completely drenched indressing. I couldn?t even eat it with the amount of dressing on it. I suggest to put all dressings on the side so customers canportion their own amount. Im pretty upset that I had to paid for lack of items and an insane amount of ceaser dressing and notbeing able to fully enjoy my order.

After calling out several times, a young man finally came out to inform us that they were short-staffed. We tried to order two smoothies, but were disappointed to learn that they didn't have vegan protein or vanilla whey protein available. This forced us to modify our order, only to find out that some of the other ingredients we wanted were also out of stock. It took the young man an additional 25 minutes to prepare our smoothies, as he seemed more focused on chatting with his colleagues than on our order. When my wife requested a refund, he quickly blended the drinks but left them quite lumpy. It was frustrating to see a restaurant aimed at health-conscious customers lacking such basic protein options.
