Mcdonald's - Plainwell

The food was delicious and the staff were friendly with great personalities! In particular, Rebecca Bailey really stood out and went above and beyond in her service.

This restaurant is fast, friendly, and located in a popular and lively area! I particularly enjoy their mocha frappés!

This is the second time I have driven 18 minutes to this restaurant for a burger, only to find out they do not accept cards and will not accept large bills, which is all I had. I am finished with this place.

I asked for mayo, ketchup and cheese. (mind you this isn’t the first time they’ve put up my order! and I get mayo and salat, no cheese, no ketchup if I don’t like it at all! I'm in a hurry half the time and just want to go home and eat, and the lady literally said to me what I had asked on the sandwich, and I said yes! it's really ridiculous that I've been working with wendy and it's really not that hard. they are paid a good amount of money, and for what? just to not get the people right? and upload them for those things that you didn't even place on the sandwich? cool! definitiw start being a “karen” because I had never got them wrong and it was a constant ding for the last few months. and I was never rude.

Every time we go, several things are available. frappes are big ones that are never available. have it not on your menu! destroy every time I go to the free!
