Applebee's Grill - Plainwell

Given i have been here plenty of times, even during rushes, was there on valentine's day (2/14/22) and we waited over an hour for our food, waitress didn't seem to care that we didn't like our food. And she took the tip off my card when I had planned to not leave a tip due to horrible service ans horrible food.

Service was good. Food only okay. But the floors and other spots a total mess. It was like no one cleaned up after the previous days business. Vacuum sitting in front lobby.

The waitress shelby was very nice and funny to talk to them. the food came fast and was made perfect and shelby was there to fill drinks and make sure we were satisfied. my new favorite hangout when I'm tired of cooking.

Clean and quick service delivering great food and drinks every time! Love coming here and all of the servers know how to put on a smiling face even on super busy nights!

We have not been here in years because the food was not the best. We thought we would try again. What a HUGE mistake. The noodles and steak were over cooked. We are so disappointed that we will never come back.
