On the way back to Big Rapids, the waitress was very attentive and the food was excellent. I would highly recommend this Applebee's to anyone.
The burger and steak at this restaurant were undercooked. I was disappointed to find that my food was actually served cold during my visit. The waitress overcharged me, and I suspect she did not even write down my order, leading to further mistakes. I advise against dining here; instead, try Salinas for a better experience. I attempted to contact the restaurant regarding my experience, but received no response for weeks. It seems they only care about meeting the bare minimum to avoid negative feedback. Overall, I would recommend going to Salvino's or Pizza Hut for a more enjoyable dining experience. This restaurant seems to prioritize deception and dishonesty over customer satisfaction.
The waitress shelby was very nice and funny to talk to them. the food came fast and was made perfect and shelby was there to fill drinks and make sure we were satisfied. my new favorite hangout when I'm tired of cooking.
I will never return to this restaurant for a holiday dinner. The service was terrible and we spent $90 for four people. One of our meals was supposed to be to-go but it wasn't.
I ordered the 4 cheese Mac and cheese with chicken to go, and I was extremely disappointed. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.
