However, when I entered the store, the two girls be... read more I ordered online for in-store pickup. When I arrived a bit early, there were no cars in the drive-thru line. However, when I entered the store, the two girls behind the counter completely ignored me as they were busy looking at their cell phones. They never acknowledged my presence. Finally, when my food was ready, they placed it on the grab-and-go shelf, turned their backs to me, and went back to their phones. It was quite disappointing.

The staff is busy working, However the systems in place suck at turning out orders with any speed. 6 drive through orders are processed before a single one from in the store. Ordered online 45 mins ago for a simple order and still waiting in the store right now. Only one woman on staff speaks or reads English so she’s the only one who can hand out orders from the names on the stickers. There’s always confusion behind her with the 4 people on the line, and everything just takes FOREVER. What is the point of ordering ahead when it’s STILL 45 mins to get a few tacos?!
