They have about 8-10 employees working but Fast Food takes 20-40 mins, always. Wages/Costs are double what they were a decade ago and the wait time is 4x-5x as long. Any other place of business would apologize for the wait, they say oh they 're making it . They don 't have a lot of foot traffic. The workers could never run a Dunkin
The food is usually good and accurate. The staff is busy working, However the systems in place suck at turning out orders with any speed. 6 drive through orders are processed before a single one from in the store. Ordered online 45 mins ago for a simple order and still waiting in the store right now. Only one woman on staff speaks or reads English so she’s the only one who can hand out orders from the names on the stickers. There’s always confusion behind her with the 4 people on the line, and everything just takes FOREVER. What is the point of ordering ahead when it’s STILL 45 mins to get a few tacos?!
