There’s no glaze at all, just a thin layer of f... read more The donuts at Jack’s Donuts are disappointingly dry and lack flavor, similar to discounted grocery store donuts. There’s no glaze at all, just a thin layer of frosting on top, making them hard to enjoy. I’ve tried their donuts three times now for convenience, but each time I’ve been let down. I’ll be making the trip to Rise n Roll from now on instead. I placed an online order expecting a smooth drive-thru experience, hoping it would be easier than ordering six different kinds of donuts at the speaker. After waiting alone in the drive-thru for quite a while, I was told that online orders cannot be picked up there and that next time I’d have to go inside. This strange policy seems out of place, especially since every other restaurant I know allows online orders to be picked up at the drive-thru without any problems (this was a personal order, not for delivery). I won’t be returning to any Jack’s Donuts location and would strongly recommend checking out the menu at Rise n Roll in Avon instead!
