I dined at this restaurant twice within a 4-day period and had a consistently negative experience. The staff was unpleasant and impolite during both visits, and on both occasions, my orders took over 30 minutes to be prepared despite being told it would only take 15 minutes. View all feedback. love the community! always a pleasure at frankos order. from the smile and warm greetings of the workers. the family atmosphere with the community support the walls. can not help but feel like they belong. better than franchise naturally and always at the generous end. all couple months I go to the washroom in the same level they own and operate.
