I walked in and stood there for over 5 mins was never greated. Only 1 person infront of me already waiting for her order. I finally turned to leave and a worker outside clocked out stopped me from leaving and took my back in. It was fair priced butthey use granulated sugar and it dosent melt in a cold brew. Hello liquid sugar people
I visit this location every morning on my way to work and usually have a lot of patience, even when it takes around five minutes for someone to acknowledge my presence for my mobile order. However, today I ordered my drink for in-store pickup as I always do, but there was no one in line at the drive-thru, so I decided to pick it up that way instead, as I've done many times before. Unfortunately, instead of simply handing me my drink, the girl on the intercom rudely told me that I needed to come inside. What a way to start my Monday morning. I was looking forward to my coffee, but after this experience, I won't be returning to Dunkin'.
This is, without a doubt, the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever visited. It took them several minutes to even acknowledge our presence, and when they finally did, they were quite rude. The coffee was cold as well. I cannot recommend this place to anyone, and I definitely won't be returning.
This morning, I went through the drive-thru and had to repeat my order multiple times. When I got to the window, I had to repeat it once more. I only received half of my order and had to flag them down for the rest. After that, I had to ask again because they forgot another part of my order. They insisted that I hadn’t ordered it, even though I clearly did. I ended up spending $35 on two coffees, two breakfast sandwiches, and a dozen donuts. It felt like a total rip-off. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time at this mediocre coffee place.
