However, today I ordered my drink for in-store pickup as I always do. Since there was no one in line at the drive-thru, I decided to pick it up that way as I’ve done many times before. Unfortunately, instead of simply handing me my drink, the woman at the drive-thru intercom rudely informed me that I needed to go inside. What a way to start my Monday morning. I was really looking forward to my coffee, but after this experience, I won't be going back to Dunkin'.

The male manager passed by, barely asked if I needed assistance, and when I mentioned I wanted to order food, he just walked away. After about a minute, someone else finally came to take my order. I ordered the hummus toast with roasted tomatoes. I don't want to criticize the workers themselves, but the manager's lack of attentiveness was disappointing. On a positive note, the food was good, even though the photo is from a different delivery service.

It's disappointing t... read more This is undoubtedly the worst service I have ever experienced! The staff completely ignored me, and what I ordered was not what I received. It's disappointing to see that the employees don't even make an effort to assist customers. The coffee machines were broken, there were no donuts, and overall, there was hardly anything available! I feel like I wasted my money!

After a... read more I walked in and stood there for over five minutes without being greeted. There was only one person in front of me who was already waiting for her order. After a while, I decided to leave, but a staff member who was clocking out stopped me and brought me back inside. The prices were reasonable, but they used granulated sugar, which doesn't dissolve in cold brew. They really should consider using liquid sugar instead.

I only received half of my order and... read more This morning, I used the drive-thru and had to repeat my order several times. At the window, I had to repeat it yet again. I only received half of my order and had to get their attention for the rest. Then, I had to ask once more because they forgot another item. They claimed I hadn’t ordered it, even though I clearly did. I spent $35 on two coffees, two breakfast sandwiches, and a dozen donuts, which felt like a complete rip-off. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time at this underwhelming coffee spot.
