However, I was disappointed by the portion size of the stea... read more As a regular customer at Panera, I enjoy the food and find the service to be consistently excellent. However, I was disappointed by the portion size of the steak and cheddar sandwich, especially considering its high price of nearly $15. I have attached a photo for reference. I believe that for the price, customers should receive a more substantial sandwich. I hope that the restaurant can improve and ensure that customers are getting their money's worth in the future.

He also went out of his wa... read more The food at the restaurant was very good. The standout was when the manager, Caleb, resolved the issue with my gift card not working. He also went out of his way to assist another customer who had ordered a soup that was not included in their meal. Despite the customer being allergic to something in the soup, Caleb made the exception to swap it out for something else. This level of service is rare to find nowadays. It's hard to come across such attentive and high-quality service like what Caleb provided.

I was in the drive through and my sandwich didnt get put in the bag which I usually... read more Friday after Thanksgiving I went to this Panera and had the best experience. I was in the drive through and my sandwich didnt get put in the bag which I usually check but did not this time. I went back to get it (feeling a little annoyed and hungry). The manager went over and above to make it right. He provided excellent customer service. I would hire him 10 times over. I wish I had gotten his name but it was around 630pm on Friday the 24th. Thank you to him for showing care in his work which is extremely rare nowadays.
