I was in the drive through and my sandwich didnt get put in the bag which I usually check but did not this time. I went back to get it (feeling a little annoyed and hungry). The manager went over and above to make it right. He provided excellent customer service. I would hire him 10 times over. I wish I had gotten his name but it was around 630pm on Friday the 24th. Thank you to him for showing care in his work which is extremely rare nowadays.

If the ratio of lettuce and bread to the actual filling was a bit more blanced it would be excellant, but skimping was obvious. The creamed chicken and wild rice soup was awesome, full of flavor, and ingredients. Next time I will enjoy a larger potion of soup only. The lower rating is due to the lack of cleanliness. Tables were unclean and the floors were a mess.

However, I was disappointed by the portion size of the stea... read more As a regular customer at Panera, I enjoy the food and find the service to be consistently excellent. However, I was disappointed by the portion size of the steak and cheddar sandwich, especially considering its high price of nearly $15. I have attached a photo for reference. I believe that for the price, customers should receive a more substantial sandwich. I hope that the restaurant can improve and ensure that customers are getting their money's worth in the future.
