I visit this location every morning on my way to work and usually have a lot of patience, even when it takes about five minutes for someone to acknowledge my pr... read more I visit this location every morning on my way to work and usually have a lot of patience, even when it takes about five minutes for someone to acknowledge my presence for my mobile order. However, today I ordered my drink for in-store pickup as I always do. Since there was no one in line at the drive-thru, I decided to pick it up that way as I’ve done many times before. Unfortunately, instead of simply handing me my drink, the woman at the drive-thru intercom rudely informed me that I needed to go inside. What a way to start my Monday morning. I was really looking forward to my coffee, but after this experience, I won't be going back to Dunkin'.
