The... read more This is easily the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. It took several minutes for them to even notice us, and when they did, the staff were quite rude. The coffee was also cold. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone and definitely won’t be coming back.

I only received half of my order and... read more This morning, I used the drive-thru and had to repeat my order several times. At the window, I had to repeat it yet again. I only received half of my order and had to get their attention for the rest. Then, I had to ask once more because they forgot another item. They claimed I hadn’t ordered it, even though I clearly did. I spent $35 on two coffees, two breakfast sandwiches, and a dozen donuts, which felt like a complete rip-off. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time at this underwhelming coffee spot.

However, today I ordered my drink for in-store pickup as I always do. Since there was no one in line at the drive-thru, I decided to pick it up that way as I’ve done many times before. Unfortunately, instead of simply handing me my drink, the woman at the drive-thru intercom rudely informed me that I needed to go inside. What a way to start my Monday morning. I was really looking forward to my coffee, but after this experience, I won't be going back to Dunkin'.

After a... read more I walked in and stood there for over five minutes without being greeted. There was only one person in front of me who was already waiting for her order. After a while, I decided to leave, but a staff member who was clocking out stopped me and brought me back inside. The prices were reasonable, but they used granulated sugar, which doesn't dissolve in cold brew. They really should consider using liquid sugar instead.
