I ordered for pickup and they forgot to include one item that I had paid for. When I returned the next day to request a refund, they refused. The customer service was poor. I spent $57, and if this is how they treat their customers, they've definitely lost one here! View all feedback.

They consistently get my order correct and prepare it quickly. My kids really enjoy the fried chicken.
