Baskin-robbins - Plainfield

When we went we had a lot of different orders we had to place and it was pretty time consuming, however the person working at the register was so incredibly patient. He even pointed out a promotion they were running so we were able to get a free sundae additional to the coupons we used. The person who made our sundaes and drinks was also very polite and really sweet. He even let us add toppings (even though i?m pretty sure those cost extra we weren?t charged). The staff were very friendly even though it was busy. I would definitely come back.

They talk too much when their friends around. No attention to customer. Have to wait for more then 15-20 mi a for a scoop of ice cream.

Called litterly a few minutes ago, to ask if there was a certain ice cream available, girl picks up the phone and was totally no help at all, sounded totally uninterested in her job or helping me. I mean I know it's after 9pm and you got a random call about ice cream,but at least pretend to be motivated .

Place is clean well maintained. The staff is courteous with its customers. Never had a bad experience. Highly would recommend if craving a donut or icecream.
