Honestly, updating the website shouldn’t be too difficult and could significantly improve customer service. I rated it a 3 since I didn’t get to taste the wine (and it wouldn’t be fair to rate it lower), but in terms of customer service, it only deserves a 1 in this instance. UPDATE: I appreciate the response from the winery. I would suggest adding a “Visit the Winery” section to your website or clearly listing tasting room hours. It seems like events are typically displayed on a calendar, not daily operating times. However, you are correct that we should have been able to find that information. We’ll plan to visit again the next time we’re in the area and hope to enjoy your wines then.

It seemed the staff didn't want to explain that th... read more When it came time for dessert, we ordered a slice of cake that was supposed to come with "vanilla ice cream." It seemed the staff didn't want to explain that they were out of a fourth item, so what we received was a piece of cake accompanied by a cool puddle of what I assumed was strawberry ice cream instead. Overall, it was a disappointing experience for my family, especially considering we had traveled a long distance and it was their first time at this restaurant. I felt bad for my mom, who had recommended it.

Not only is he charming, he's an amazing story teller. We had the chance to understand his family history and get to know a great person I highly recommend this place and if I could give 10 stars he would have them alll!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
