From hot dinners attractively served by friendly waitstaff to personalized tours of the restaurant and mine areas, the experience at this restaurant is delightful. Despite some minor issues like bland dressings and cold temperatures, the overall ambiance, service, and food make this a place worth visiting. Been here twice before, both beautiful nights. This weekend I was with a wedding party and our entire party got food poisoning. Some of us had pasta, others pizza. Gorgeous venue, friendly staff, sub par food. Will be back, but will only be getting drinks????

What a delightful experience. A beautiful spot in El Dorado County, just outside of downtown Placerville. Menu varied and had something for everyone. The weather was perfect so we could eat outside. However, took a tour of the cellar and fell in lovewith the ambiance. My steak/shrimp were cooked to perfection. By all means, order the grilled asparagus as a side
