Went to two locations which were open (majority open Sept 1 weekend) Boa vista had peach week so enjoyed pastries and specialty items. Nice friendly atmosphere. At Carrot farms we picked strawberries, blueberries. Farm stand also had lots of other veggies, fruits.

I have to say they make... read more We were passing by Apple Hill on our way home to Nevada and had heard about Boa Vista orchards so we decided to see what they had going. I have to say they make things out of apples I've never heard of. Anyway we got on blackberry pie and an old fashioned apple pie. The pes were delicious and priced as you would expect, this is a destination I would recommend you check out..

We visited a couple of... read more A must-visit destination from mid-September to October! We noticed that the atmosphere became more vibrant as early September rolled in. We visited a couple of farms, both of which had a decent crowd. Pine O Farm had a selection of apples to pick, and they were quite good. I believe by the third week of September, there will be some fantastic apples available for picking.
