Wings Over - Pittsburgh

When I first saw the prices of the wings at this restaurant, I was a bit concerned, as we have all experienced spending a lot of money on wings only to be disappointed with the amount of meat on them. However, we decided to take a chance and I am so glad we did. We ordered 25 wings to share between two people. My companion got the garlic parm wings, while I opted for the hot garlic ones. These wings were incredibly meaty and tender. The hot garlic had a nice level of heat without being overwhelming. The waffle fries were also delicious. If you are in Pittsburgh and craving wings, I highly recommend spending the extra money here as it is well worth it.

Wings Over has the best chicken tenders and the whitest wings that I know of. Call them 15 mins ahead, or order doordash to avoid the wait. Parking isn't easy on weekends. Also, it isn't cheap, but this is an excellent place to treat yourself.

The spicy chicken sandwich did not resemble the picture at all. The bread was tasty and the chicken was tender, but the spiciness was just from the sauce and was too greasy. It was definitely too high in calories. The fries were mediocre. The chicken tenders were not good either, as they were overly sauced. The wings seemed to be frozen and overheated. I waited at least 20 minutes for my food, while other orders were served much quicker.
