While some patrons praised the restaurant for its quick and courteous drive-thru team, others faced frustrating delays and service lapses. Complaints included slow food preparation and inaccurate orders, with some feeling the management failed to address customer frustrations appropriately. However, there were bright spots, notably a few staff members who delivered exceptional service and ensured orders were correct and fresh. Overall, while the potential for a solid dining experience remains, consistency in service levels appears to be the key challenge for this establishment.

Drivethru employees were killing it. They were courteous, quick and 100% accurate during the lunch rush hour. Service like this is (unfortunately) hard to find but should be the gold standard. Awesome job.
The staff was extremely friendly and eager to accommodate my daughter's food allergies.
