V3 Pizza - Pittsburgh
V3 Pizza
Description
V3 serves build-your-own flatbread pizzas in a fast-casual, Subway-style line where thin, crunchy-chewy crusts, abundant toppings and inventive finishers shine. Daily specials, gluten-free and healthier options, and reasonable prices make it a popular lunch destination with quick ovens and mostly rapid service, though peak hours bring lines, occasional understaffing, humid waits and inconsistent doneness. Upstairs seating and takeout make it convenient; small operational hiccups like unclear restroom access don’t dull loyal customers’ enthusiasm.

This is a nice spot to have the option to create your own flat bread pizza.. it feels like im at subway making pizza lol.. I tell you, my pizza was very delicious. My pizza came out perfect..I loved everything about it... the portion size was just right with an reasonable price. I will be coming again sometime this week
Fantastic pizza! The lunch crowd can get quite sizable, but it moves swiftly. There’s extra seating available upstairs. They offer just one special flatbread each day for $4, which you can find displayed on the wall as you enter—not on the main menu. The menus are located next to the ordering counter.
While there are many made-to-order pizza places, V3 stands out as the best. The variety of toppings and the generous portions really set V3 apart from the competition. Creating your own unique pizza, like adding a drizzle of buttermilk ranch with garlic sauce before the cheese, makes the food even more delicious. They do offer 'healthy' options, such as gluten-free and low-calorie veggies, if that's your preference, but I always indulge in piling on multiple toppings since this is a treat for me. One great aspect of V3 is that even if it looks busy, you can usually pick up your freshly cooked pizza in about 15 minutes. This is a significant advantage for those with limited lunch breaks.
Had a great experience at V-3 on Butler Street on Friday for lunch. Don Pablo, Jase, and Pablo provided excellent service. They were knowledgeable and helpful. We traveled a half hour to eat there and it didn’t disappoint. Definitely will be going back again.
First visit, and it was SO good!! We 've seen many, many people in town 'traveling ' with their pizza boxes, so we knew it had to be! We chose 'create your own ' this time. Any and ALL ingredients are available for $8. The crust is thin, crunchy, and still a bit chewy. Hot, fresh and oh! so delicious! We 're going to keep a list of what we 've tried, and keep trying new combinations! They also have their own creations that you can customize, if you 'd like. This will definitely be a regular lunch destination!
