This restaurant has a fantastic location for hosting a medium-sized birthday party. I gave a lower rating for Ambiance because of the low accessibility/visibility of the entrance. The parking lot was fairly dark when we arrived at 7 PM, and we... read more I gave a lower rating for Ambiance because of the low accessibility/visibility of the entrance. The parking lot was fairly dark when we arrived at 7 PM, and we walked around the building looking for a way in. There was a set of uncovered wooden stairs at least two flights worth that led to a door, but again, it was poorly lit. Apparently there is a way to get in that's accessible by parking in a different area, but we didn't explore it. I think a couple of well lit signs in the lot and something on the web site about the accessible entrance would go a long way. We almost left, even though we had a reservation. Steps can be difficult for me and it was dark and raining. BUT, once we got in and were seated, it was a great experience!! I had the pizza with apple and cider glaze (plus cheese and thinly sliced red onion). I really enjoyed it. I tried the rose cider and it was quite good. My friend enjoyed her choices too. I would go back, but probably not till next spring when we can sit on the patio (downstairs). I hope they put in some more lighting and to be fair, I'll add that it was a particularly dark night overcast and raining.

They said no problem... read more I always try to visit a new location after the theatre. We arrived 20 minutes before our reservation (5:30) with only a table of 8 inside. They said no problem we were seated, menus provided and water. We watched at least 3 staff standing at the bar talking, one was setting up “reserved” tables. After 20 minutes watching before someone stopped to see if we needed anything. Provided our order to be told the app special was old even though we were handed the information when seated. When the table behind us arrived they were promptly asked about beverages and apps. Once being checked by their server informed we were frustrated about being ignored she was surprised the original waitress stopped over and we relayed again our frustration and nothing. They showed no concern. This will definitely not be a location we return to. On the flip side the Apple and pork pizza was wonderful
