The new fall menu is amazing! It was hard to choose what to try first. The meatloaf was outstanding. Who gets meatloaf out for dinner? We do now! Amazingly flavorful and the meatloaf was a good texture not too mushy. The fall risotto was a bit of disappointment with the apples being the highlight of the dishes which overall was lacking flavor. To be fair, there was a big concert in town. But the wait for our food was extremely long, the fried chicken sandwich was unseasoned (or barely) and my daughter’s order was wrong. The noise was so loud that we had a hard time with conversations. A few tweaks, this place could really be fabulous. Decor is cool. Location is great. View all feedback.
Foundry is a laid back relaxing restaurant. Employees are very nice and attentive. We had a party of 5 and we all enjoyed our meals.
Food was subpar. Wouldn’t recommend. Chicken was old and dry. Steak was overcooked.
Waiter was very good. Will return. Bathrooms need a little work.
I’ll start by saying that I’ve dined here many times before and I will be back. The food last night just seemed “off”, across the board. I think they have a new summer menu going so maybe that has something to do with it … I really want to give them the benefit of the doubt! Service was great and they were super accommodating in regards to the dishes we had the biggest issues with (I never send food back, so it could’ve been an uncomfortable experience for me and it wasn’t kudos to our server and management! We love the patio here and you can’t beat the location for events on the north shore … they just need to keep an eye on the food quality as there are several other options in the area to choose from.
We had brunch before the Pirates game. The food was very average.
