Absolutely THE BEST fried chicken I've ever had.The staff is often hard-pressed by a busy crowd, but they still manage to check in on a timely basis.

The sandwich was well-layered, but the bread was overly crispy. The beer was flat, and the food was just okay. However, the server kept hovering behind our table with an iPad, awkwardly assessing something, which felt invasive and strange.

It would have helped if we could have had some water to wash it down or addressed our concerns with our server, but unfortunately, we didn't see our server for at least 20 minutes after we received and struggled to finish our food. Having worked in the restaurant industry for years, I never imagined I would leave a bad review or a poor tip, but this experience changed that. I was really looking forward to trying this place because I've heard great things about it, and as a Southern girl, I had high hopes. While the rest of the staff, including the host and busser, were very friendly, that couldn’t make up for the overall disappointing experience.

Our total experience was unique, and we’ll leave it at that, but we will DEFINITELY be back because the food is unbelievably tasty and A+ for customer experience from the management!! Their chicken is unlike anything… makes your eyes pop! Bravo to you, we’ll see you next time!
