Sushi Kim - Pittsburgh

Love this place through and through. Mr. Kim is always so respectful and welcoming when sitting down at the sushi bar. Even when we came during busy hours, they were kind enough to offer an appetizer on the house. How many places do that these days? The artwork and intricacy that went into each piece on the boat are unmatched to any other place in Pittsburgh, and the price is unbeatable. Every time someone asks me where do I suggest, I proudly say Sushi Kim in the Strip. As for their Korean BBQ, two thumbs up!! There have been some BS reviews out there. Take it from me, I've traveled the world, I'm open to many dishes (just about any), and I undoubtedly say, this is my go-to place for sushi Korean BBQ in Pittsburgh. If any place is busy, yes you'll have to wait, its a fact of life. That does not mean the place is bad.

Sushi Kim is the freshest sushi I've ever had. Kim is always so sweet and welcoming I suggest sitting at the sushi bar and talking with him. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely fantastic! We ate here for the first time on Mother's Day. The hostess, the waitress, and the food were all top notch. We will definitely be returning.

Favorite place to visit! Very good FRESH sushi! I like to go by myself and talk to Sushi Kim at the sushi bar. So much fun. Highly recommend to all sushi lovers. My favorites are the spider roll and downtown.

Wonderful food and hospitality. Actually visited twice on my visit home this past weekend. At Sushi Kim, you are always made to feel so welcomed. Highly recommend not just their sushi, but some of their cooked dishes as well. Thank you all again.
