many vegan options, clearly characterized, and all delicious. I had the Italian breakfast scramble and my son had the vegan pancakes. fun, more lively place. we sat at the bar for very fast service. server were super nice and knowledgeable for vegan needs. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Square Cafe:
They don’t have the tofu scramble anymore, which was a major bummer, but they do have vegan menu items clearly marked. Several of the vegetarian items can also be made vegan with a small swap (ex: tofu instead of an egg). The food was fine but nothing to go out of your way for, especially considering that the long waits on weekends are the stuff of Pittsburgh lore. Dexter was an excellent waiter. The main problem was the home fries. $5.00 for 1/2 a small bowl
Best brunch in Pittsburgh. The service is always amazing and their food and drinks options are fantastic. They have great vegetarian and vegan options and I am never disappointed
Just tried this place for the second time nope can't do it I don't know why the food is so terrible.. ugh. Service is great tho. Not sure about the boss tho.
Great breakfast place with lots of vegan and vegetarian options.
A big menu of delicious breakfast and lunch options. Many vegetarian and vegan dishes as well. Fresh foods made with good quality ingredients. Pleasant service, though sometimes a bit scattered. All in all, definitely a good choice.
