Got my order and part of it was completely covered in mold, someone poked a hole in the can of my drink which spilled over the rest of my food making it complet... read more Got my order and part of it was completely covered in mold, someone poked a hole in the can of my drink which spilled over the rest of my food making it completely soggy and inedible. Basically paid $40.00 to not be able to eat any of my order... When I called the store to complain the manager was extremely rude, called me a lier and told me they only serve top quality products at their location.... like gurl I'm literally staring at modly cheese still in it's packaging?.... how anyone could have picked that up and thought yes this is ok to serve a customer is beyond me. I will definitely be requesting a refund and filing a formal complaint against the store as well as that manager. This is completely unacceptable.

My boyfriend and I came in around 12:30am and ordered two milkshakes. I am a recent former employee of sheetz so i realized the women making my shake was a little confused. I pushed it aside however bc thats not my job anyway when she hands me the milkshake its made entirely incorrect. I’ve gotten this milkshake one a week from different sheetz, each time it was made the same way except for this trip. So i tried to let her know once she handed them to me but instead she rolled her eyes and was like what do you want me to do about it, after someone came over instead of remaking it she just added dulce in the bottom of both cups and dumped the messed up shake back in it and sat it back on the counter with attitude. I honestly was just trying to be helpful and would have loved to wait for another milkshake to be made. Her manager didn’t even correct her he just stared. I ended up leaving the milkshake and i will not be returning
