Salonika Imports - Pittsburgh

We are fortunate to have stores like this in Pittsburgh. In short, this place is wonderful! It has everything I need and much more. I can easily park and leave quickly, although I often find myself staying longer because I discover something new and have to inquire about it. The owner is always understanding of my lack of knowledge and is very helpful. They have a wide selection of great items, but don't hesitate to ask if you can't find what you're looking for. This is my go-to spot for Greek supplies. P.S. The sweets at the counter never make it home. Enjoy!

This place is a gem! If you're looking for real Mediterranean food, this is the place to go. I'm a big fan of their olive oils. I have a couple of bottles I got from there and just refill them whenever I need. Their gyros and pastitsio are also really good!

Salonika Imports has completely revolutionized my grocery shopping experience because I now cannot imagine cooking at home without their olive oil! They offer a wide variety of canned and bottled products, but I am particularly fond of their refillable olive oil, which is superior to anything I have purchased from other stores. Their olive bar and cheese counter boast some of the freshest items available. Additionally, if you visit on a Friday, you may be able to enjoy their lunch offerings, which I can personally attest are delicious. I especially recommend trying the yeero, an authentic Greek gyro. Whether you are seeking a taste of Greece or simply high-quality ingredients for your cooking, I highly recommend this establishment.

Nice little Greek grocery store. They serve lunch on Friday's. I highly recommend the gyro as it's one of the best in town, hands down!

I had a great experience at this restaurant with a wide variety of traditional Greek ingredients and imported goods. Chris and his family were very friendly and welcoming. My favorite part was definitely the delicious Cretan olive oil. Keep up the good work!
