What User doesn't like about Route 28 Grill:
We'll get this hotel because it had a restaurant in it. We went with my 91-year-old mother who used a wheelchair. And it's very hard to get them out of the car. We sat down and nobody came by, so my husband went to the bar to ask. He said we were too busy. Of course we had to find something else we had to eat. This is unacceptable! You shouldn't eat if you don't have the staff. View all feedback.

Good food. Nice atmosphere. Cindy is absolutely the best!! But the other bartender.....RUDE!!! Overall, nice place to eat but I will ONLY go if Cindy's there!! Best Bartender Ever!!

Wedding Soup is so delicious! I even took home a quart of it. The bartender is so friendly and has such a down to earth personality. My sister got the chili, it was terrible! The other food was great ?

Drinks were pricey for the quality. It wasnt filthy dirty, but it wasnt clean either. Service was slow and the bartender was grumpy. Now, she may have had a bad night, but there was no reason to treat the rest of us poorly. I tipped her well and asked her to smile!

We chose this hotel because it had a restaurant on-site. We were traveling with my 91-year-old mother, who uses a wheelchair, making it quite challenging to get her out of the car. Once we were seated, no one came to assist us, so my husband went to the bar to inquire about service. He was told they were too busy. As a result, we had to find another place to eat. This is completely unacceptable! If you can’t provide adequate staffing, you shouldn't be serving food.
