What User doesn't like about Pizza Bellagio:
This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. When I called to complain about my undercooked and raw pizza, the employee offered me a $6 refund but said they wouldn't deliver to me again because I lived too far away. I had no control over the delivery distance, so I was confused by this response. The employee was rude and even mentioned that my tip wasn't worth the trip. I have never been treated so... The pizza was hot but unfortunately they did not have parmesan cheese or hot pepper flakes, even when requested. This was a bit disappointing as those extra toppings would have enhanced the experience. It seems odd that Domino's did not have these common toppings available, perhaps because it was late at night.
I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could. They have no measures in place to protect against COVID-19. The owner and her friends are casually hanging out inside the store without any protective gear and there are no hand sanitizers available. I would not recommend ordering from here unless you have been vaccinated and are willing to take the risk of potentially getting COVID-19. Good luck to everyone.
We were disappointed that our wings weren't tossed in hot sauce and our extra sauces were forgotten. We had to speak to the manager about the poor service.
Threw up the pizza directly after eating it. (Thursday night)
Have ordered from Domino's for years, first time at this one. Found a giant hair on my pizza and they wouldn't refund the cost of my order. It was disgusting and we threw everything away. Will never go to another Domino's.
