Always clean and great wifi compared to other paneras. management seems pretty good and love all their menus but some staff r too loud sometimes. well stocked always
The staffing issues that arose during the pandemic have been resolved at this restaurant location, and they typically have a good stock of everything. Service is usually fast, but can be slower during peak hours. Orders are often accurate, with the biggest mistake being food accidentally packaged to-go. When items are out of stock, the staff is good about offering substitutions to keep dishes on the menu. I have enjoyed taking advantage of the 'sip club' offer here. The only drawback is when ordering drinks for two sip club members, but this inconvenience is likely just in my own mind, as you can technically just grab a cup. I am just the type of person who will place an order for $0 at the kiosk because it feels like the right thing to do.
I often order delivery from this Panera location, but the quality can be inconsistent in terms of presentation, temperature, and accuracy of the order. Today, I took two staff members out for lunch and it was fantastic. The food was delicious, just like the ads on TV, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I wish I could have lunch out of the office more often!
The food is tasty and the service is excellent. The menu always has new items to try. Finding parking can be difficult depending on the time of day, but there is free one-hour parking available. Situated in the heart of Bakery Square, there are also some interesting shops nearby, making it worth the effort to find a parking spot.
