We recently ordered hoagies totaling just under $100. We ordered large Italian Hoagies and a Cheesesteak. For authentic Cheesesteaks, go to Philadelphia. Unfortunately, this restaurant's Cheesesteak was disappointing, with dry meat and no cheese. When we brought this to the attention of the management/ownership, they offered to replace the sandwich but refused to refund the $25 we paid for it. After two days, we were able to speak to management, who rudely stated they would only send us the missing 2 ounces of cheese. Customer service at this restaurant is lacking compared to other establishments. Go to McDonald's for better service.

This is my favorite place for a consistently delicious and satisfying lunch.

I was very happy with my experience at New York Super Subs. In I had the best cheese hoagie since I moved on this side of the river, with a good roll from Breadworks and quality meat. They also had some good looking bakery items. The only reason why I did not give it 5 stars is that the menu is a little confusing and fails to note that a 6 sandwich is available. Service: Dine in

This was my first time at this restaurant and I got the Reuben sandwich which was amazing! I will definitely be returning. The service was for takeout and the meal was for lunch. The price per person was between $10 and $20.
