Mcdonald's - Pittsburgh

I am typically not a fan of McDonalds because the employees don't always seem enthusiastic, especially at the McKnight location. However, my daughter and I had dinner there tonight and were served by a worker named Ashley. My 5-year-old had a coupon for a free ice cream cone from her grandparents, and Ashley made sure to make it special. She added a little hot fudge and made it seem like a secret between her and my daughter. Ashley truly made my daughter's night by putting her first and making her feel special with the ice cream cone. While many reviews criticize McDonalds workers, Ashley went above and beyond for a freebie from the restaurant.

This is a review for McDonald's. The food was as expected, but I am rating solely based on the staff. All of the employees were very friendly, from taking my order to payment to food pick-up. The restaurant appeared clean from the outside. I will definitely be returning to this location.

The restaurant was clean and well-organized for customers. The food was served promptly, but the fries could have been fresher as they appeared to have been sitting under a heat lamp for too long.

It's a McDonald's nothing special. Restaurant was clean and the 2 employees I had taking my order and handing me my food where nice and friendly.

Usually good service and order taking here. But today 1/2 of menu screens were 86ed. I had to repeat my order 4-5x times, (thought employee was breaking my balls or skied up) asked manager (was 8-10’away) for order and missing coffee. Seemed like manager didn’t wanna deal with employees doing things wrong or not caring? Maybe this place was having a bad day. Like I said, don’t go here that much but usually %100 service and spot on order, especially for a McDonald’s. Better luck some other time.
