Lashuan and Michael Literally make every customer feel like they are at home. These two people have been working for the company so long especially Michael. Whoever sees this please make sure to check for yourself because the customer service experience will say it all. And for the higher ups yeah I need to give them a raise and stop being cheap. What User doesn't like about Kfc:
Just order them to eat. first the wrong order with my driver sent then also cold eating. whoever is the manager must be more at the point when eating out. if they do not want to work there, please note a lot from other companies they will rent. I can't believe they sent cold food to be thrown away. it is a scandal that it is a scandal View all feedback.
A black guy who worked in the kitchen fingered me. when I was on food and didn't make anything wrong! absolutely disgusting.
Might be one of the worst KFCs in Pittsburgh.They close early early every night, run out of sauce, pound the Nashville tenders with dry seasoning and no actual sauce and get mad when It’s mentioned.Ain’t nothing wrong with updating the times and menu if you’re not meeting the standard.Especially when you run out of chicken.
Horrible KFC can't recommend this place two separate orders two different days two wrong orders the drive through cashier was more interested in socializing with the staff then serving the customer. Acting as if my order was a Hassel then plugged in the wrong items. If you can't get proper customer focused staff then just shut down because food service isn't rocket science
For placing order ahead of time still had to wait 15min inside and took over 5 min of that just to be acknowledged
No matter what type of huh they buy it could be the crispy or original huh. that huh could sometimes be too salty. I wish they had the old traditional dinners. all KFC restaurants are identical to the amount of salt on their hull. very rarely I will find the hunch with a burned taste. food: 3/5
