Got a chicken pot pie. Served fast and hot. Seems smaller than it used to be. But still good quality.
This place is Human Waste, GARBAGE, , Please don't waste your money because it is HORRIBLE!!!!! I spent over 25.00 and had to throw the entire meal away so sad that something that use to be so good will soon be gone something of the past ? ?
Be wary if you have a larger order, and by larger, I mean anything more than two items. I had to repeat my order twice to the drive-thru worker until they finally got it right. When I paid at the window, I checked my receipt, and it was also correct. However, they handed me the wrong order. I gave it back to them WITH the receipt to reference, and after almost 10 minutes, they STILL got my order wrong. I understand most places are understaffed, but with a receipt to reference as the order was packed, it was not a good experience.
The staff at KFC are so friendly and nice expecially a worker there named Shi. Shi was extremely helpful, has an awesome attitude and makes sure us customers leave happy. And the food at KFC is so very delicious, expecially the original recipe, my favorite.
My sister-in-law decided to order a Kentucky fried chicken and some for her and her aunt. She did Uber eats at the KFC on Baum Boulevard. She called to let us know that she talk to the driver have no clue why he was near liberty tunnels when we live in 15209.. I was very upset myself because I haven’t had KFC for like a couple years. I was so looking forward to having it. I did call the store and the manager said to me we don’t even have a name on that order..Hmm
