I ordered... read more I usually don’t like leaving less than 5-star reviews unless it’s really deserved, but I’ve been trying to call for hours and just get a busy signal. I ordered a variety of sides and sauces, but none of them arrived—only the chicken was delivered. This was a business order, and we specifically asked for plates, napkins, and utensils, but none of those were included either, which was extremely inconvenient. We paid upfront through the KFC app and even left a generous tip. This was my first time ordering from this KFC after working nearby for about a year. I sincerely hope to be contacted and receive a refund or reimbursement.

It’s impo... read more Stopped by today to pick up a Family Meal—a 12-piece chicken with 3 sides. I had a wonderful experience with the staff and just want to say thank you. It’s important to recognize great service when it happens. Everyone was friendly, and the food was excellent! Much appreciated.

However, if you're lucky enough to place an order, the food on the menu is quite good. The restaurant is clean, so I recommend coming early. Update: After returning to this KFC for the first time in about a year, I was shocked by the decline. The service was poor, they forgot items from my order, and they even placed a crumpled piece of paper under my fries to make the container appear full. Now, I don't even trust the quality of the food. I won’t be coming back, but if you decide to visit, be cautious.

The 2nd time I ordered tenders and they were completely soggy and not crispy at all and they didn't have fries at all I was told. Do not recommend.
