For the price and caliber of this restaurant, the food was lacking greatly and service was very poor. I requested amedium steak and received a well done NY Strip. After requesting a replacement, the next steak I received was medium rare if notrare. Extremely disappointing. Service was pleasant and professional but made numerous mistakes that diminished the experienceoverall.

The Grand Concourse in 2024 should be able to provide a decent choice of options for those who are gluten free but they do not. 90% of the food is not gluten free. The only dessert option was the chocolate fountain and I had to ask for strawberries specifically because they only had gluten based food at the chocolate fountain. There were no other desserts available either that where not gluten based. And... my meal cost as much as everyone else's eventhough I could only eat 10% of the food. It is 2024 and gluten free should not be news to the Grand Concourse. It should be easy for them to offer gluten free choices. Very disappointed and if you are gluten free, skip going there.
