Gi-Jin is a unique gin and raw bar that offers a modern twist on traditional sushi by blending global ingredients with Japanese flavors. Our intimate space operates on a reservation-only basis with a maximum of four people per table or two per seating at our counter. Online reservations are readily available with real-time availability. Each reservation seating is allocated a generous 2-hour time slot. We kindly ask that no outside alcohol is brought in, but if you have a specific beverage request, please email us at [email protected] before your visit and we will do our best to accommodate it.

Very nice meal in Downtown Pittsburgh! We started with three shareable plates, first was a very unique Maki roll, with a sweet and sour flavor profile. Then a Nigiri platter, which we liked but didn’t love. The fish was extremely fresh, but didn’t have a ton of flavor, probably wouldn’t order that again. Then was a hot dish, which was a seafood Ramon bowl with scallops and crab, and that was the highlight of the meal. The broth was extremely flavorful. We ended the meal with two hand rolls which were good, but didn’t wow us. Overall, we enjoyed GiJin! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
