Getgo - Pittsburgh
Getgo
Description
At a local GetGo, patrons have experienced a mixed bag of service and food quality. While some appreciate the friendly staff and cleanliness, others lament inconsistent orders and a lack of adequate portions. Complaints about additional charges for condiments and recurring mix-ups highlight ongoing issues, particularly with specific menu items. The ambiance can be lively, even chaotic, drawing a diverse crowd, including local police, which some find bothersome. Despite the criticisms, certain customers celebrate the store's cultural significance within the community, valuing it as a unique spot for both food and social interaction, making it a place of intrigue in Lawrenceville.

I didn't even realize I was in or at a GetGo, I seriously thought I was at at CoGos (not a good thing) until I saw the sign during the day.
This store had come along way in the past year. Employees are friendly. It's clean and the food is really good. I go almost everyday on my break. They are really doing a great job there.
Horrible customer service. Maybe don't take a job dealing with the public if you have no idea how to communicate with them. I just hope they figure it out.
2 stars to the reviewers of this GetGo location, but 5 stars to the station itself. I'm sorry but this is the cultural center of Lawrenceville whether you like it or not. Most representative cross section of the town, most colorful place. It's actually the most interesting place in Lawrenceville. If you're not up to anything else at 2:45 am and you're into interactive anthropology, come on down and mix and mingle. You won't be disappointed. Plus: they have gasoline and food. I don't know what else the reviewers are looking for. OK OK, so they're out of stock for something or the coffee is stale? That's Pittsburgh, that's the beauty of it. This living piece of art, this cultural heritage: she is a reflection our life itself. It works like that. GetGo is who we are.
