There are plenty of seats and variety in the species of bagels. better than other bagels in pitt.

I have it 4 stars because it is a stone bagel, but the staff had no good time. Nobody really talked to someone. the young man, the bagels scattered, was actually the most friendly. he tried to enjoy it. very clean. Bagels were amazing!

I decided to write this review after several disappointing visits. I love a stone bros bagels. this location, however, has long been lacking organization and labor force. the workers I see are always the same as if they have to work around the clock. I can see that they fight to keep with online orders that they overwhelm. one of the workers seems to have been considering health, and I'm worried about the pressure they are under. every time I have visited, I have seen that a worker has to leave the register to make coffee for online orders while the other two food orders fulfill. the coffee pitch they use for ice coffee is difficult and difficult to handle for the worker. this slows down the process and lets the in-person line grow until sometimes people have to wait up to 45 minutes. I do not think this is the fault of the worker, but that is management. I hope the company pays them enough and is willing to pay a new worker well so that this location can maintain its demand. so far it's not, and it looks negatiw on the workers and costumes. a company that does not succeed for a long time. I hope one stones can improve their workers and help to be happy so that the things can run more efficiently. I cannot support a company that overwhelms its workers and disregards their limits and needs.

Bagels that aren't just oval bread! Lot's of choices. Parking in back. Restrooms. Table dining. Clean. Well lit. Good staff. Reasonable prices.

Probably my husband and my favorite bagel place locally. My favorites are the Everything bagels, or their Jalapeño Cheddar with plain cream cheese. All of their bagels are good though. Love their coffee as well, and we bring out refillable thermoses for a slight discount. Their cookies are good too! Staff is always kind and store is always clean.
