Description

Nestled downtown, this Dunkin' is a commuter favorite thanks to friendly staff, tasty donuts and quick breakfast options. Frequent patrons praise service but note long drive‑thru waits, cramped remodeled seating, parking and traffic hassles, cleanliness lapses, occasional order errors and inconsistent iced‑coffee quality (stale or bitter, uneven ice). Attentive employees often salvage visits, making it a solid grab‑and‑go choice—just temper expectations for drink consistency and speed during peak hours.

This Dunkin’ is the closest location to my new job, and the food and drinks are quite good. However, I had a bit of a frustrating experience with one of the employees. When I approached the speaker to place my order, she told me, "wait a minute, I'll be right with you," so I complied and waited. After a while, she suddenly yelled at me, asking if I was ready yet, as if my waiting was my fault. It seemed she was actually addressing the person at the window, which was confusing. I just wish there would be more patience shown towards customers. That said, I’m willing to give this location another try.

This Dunkin is in the most convenient spot for commuters to work in downtown Pittsburgh except their coffee is so INCONSISTENT! My iced coffee will have 2-5 cubes in it MAYBE some days and others too much. The coffee tastes stale like it's been sitting at the bottom of the container all day, it's just never good. I should order my coffee that costs 6$ and hope that it tastes good today, It's very upsetting because the people there are so nice but the coffee isn't at all! I used to go every single day on my way to work but I stopped because I would just end up throwing the coffee away once I got to work because I couldn't stomach swallowing it! Please please better your products because I really wanna enjoy this Dunkin again!

By far the worst Dunkin' I've visited in years. I keep returning in hopes that it will be better, but no matter the time of day, the coffee is consistently subpar and the food is equally disappointing.
