I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The appetizers we ordered were fantastic; we had the kale salad and the winter squash soup, which pleasantly surprised me with its incredible flavor. The pizza was also good, and the rice pudding for dessert was absolutely amazing.
This is definitely my favorite restaurant in Pittsburgh. It's not your typical pizzeria, but the pizzas offer a unique take on authenticity. The crust is thin, and there are usually 5 to 6 different varieties on the menu that changes daily. The ingredients are always of the highest quality and sourced seasonally. The appetizers are fantastic—always fresh and a perfect complement to the pizzas. There are plenty of vegetarian options available too. The wine list may be short, but it's thoughtfully curated and very reasonably priced. They also serve the best rice pudding I've ever had, topped with seasonal ingredients. The staff is wonderful, the decor is stunning, and I appreciate their commitment to sustainability.
