My pick-up order was 30 minutes late, and waiting in line for just four people took 39 minutes. I would recommend dining elsewhere.

I witnessed someone walk in, order, eat, and leave all while waiting for my mobile order. If it doesn 't help you deal with large lunch volume what is the point.You may have a better experience walking in and ordering if you don 't mind the 12 people standing around waiting for their mobile order.

I have received the wrong order more consistently than the correct order. the customer service does what they can to mitigate this with coupons, but I am tired of the low quality of the service given the price increases.
