This place seriously needs to make changes, or they should let a different food service take over. It's one thing to frequently run out of ingredients, but it's unacceptable to serve an incomplete meal without informing the customer. They took our money with the assumption that we would just accept it without question. Please go elsewhere for a meal and don’t support the management or service here; they clearly don’t care and only put in minimal effort.

Constantly have to wait 20-30 minutes past your pickup time. Then something is always wrong with the order, this time they shorted me on queso.I could have not ordered online, gone through the line, convinced them to give me a fair amount of qeso, and been on my way home faster than waiting for my online order to be ready 30 minutes after the time they said it would be ready.

I waited over 20 minutes on my quote time from the 20 minutes I ordered on the app. I spent most of my lunch break waiting for my food. Also, when I went up to ask about my order, the cashier told me he was working on it now, which was a lie, he put 4 orders out before mine. No sense of urgency.

I come here often out of convenience but ready to move on completely.The order pick up process is a mess, their constantly out of ingredients, and the stuff they make here isn't on par with the rest of Chipotle (probably a result of lacking ingredients.)The only redeeming factor for 2 stars are that the employees are nice. If you come in the last hour of them being open, you'll be told they're out of ingredients. Whether they're just saying that because it's the last hour or because they're actually out is the questionFinal point: go somewhere else!

The prep areas were covered with food and de... read more This location was trashed when I stopped in! I had came in after the lunch rush, no one was in line in front of me. The prep areas were covered with food and debris, and the person that cashed me out with gloves on turned around and made the next customers food without changing gloves or washing hands. I would say short staffed issues but there were about 5 or 6 people working in the areas j could see, so that's not the case.
