My family and I visited the restaurant to pick up some takeout, and we were pleased with the quality of the food—everything was fresh and flavorful. The place was clean, and the staff was very friendly. My only issue was that there were no utensils available for customers; while there were plenty of napkins and straws, the utensils were all out. Always so good!!!!!! Dont get your heart set on the fajita veggies because they usually out, but its still so fire they are not missed lol. Thank you for the great service every time !!!!!!!!!!!

I understand they may be busy, but they need to improve their service.
The rice was undercooked and inedible, causing the entire meal to be thrown away. Without a receipt, I am unable to get a refund. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.
Avoid ordering from this location at all costs! They are always short-staffed, resulting in orders taking an hour or more to be fulfilled. Additionally, there are always missing ingredients. This is by far the worst Chipotle in the area.
Order is never correct! Every t I order crispy corn tortillas for tacos, I always get soft flour. And this time Iorderex a salad... it came with NO lettuce and NO dressing! I dont know why I keep giving them a chance. Always disappointed.
