This restaurant is consistently the go-to spot for delicious food, especially when you're unsure of what you're craving. While you might have to wait in line for a bit, it's definitely worth it. The staff at the counter are always helpful and friendly. Most customers opt for takeout, but dining in is also an option if you prefer. I highly recommend checking this place out!

I really want to give this place a fair shot, but I keep getting disappointed with each visit. The lines are always incredibly long, and they typically have only one or two staff members at the counter. It also seems like they’re frequently out of various menu items. I even attempted to order online to skip the wait, but my bowl arrived looking only half full. Despite asking for extra fajitas, there were none included. It seemed to have only about half a scoop of steak, which is frustrating since the steak is already expensive. To make matters worse, there was sour cream smeared in one part of my bowl, as if they tried to clean it up after accidentally adding it. As someone who is lactose intolerant, that was definitely not appreciated. I won’t be coming back. Instead, I plan to make a 10-minute drive to Moe's at South Park Shops.
Customers were waiting for at least 45 minutes for their takeout orders, and there were only about four items available on the food line. The workers really should be wearing hairnets. The condiments and drinks were dirty, and there were no forks or napkins provided. The place is in disrepair. I took pictures and will be sending them to corporate in California. It's disappointing because this used to be a good restaurant.
I placed a mobile order and was informed it would be ready by 6:30. I arrived a few minutes early, but my order wasn’t ready, which wasn’t surprising considering the long line inside. I was glad I had ordered ahead, but it appeared that everyone who ordered in person received their meals and left long before I did. I ended up waiting an extra 41 minutes beyond the expected time for my order. Nobody apologized or even acknowledged the customers waiting. After not visiting a Chipotle in over a decade, this experience has left me feeling like I won’t be coming back anytime soon.
