You may have to stand in line for a while but it's worth the wait. The counter people are always helpful and friendly. Most people take out but you can eat in if you like. Go here!

I arrived a few minutes early, but my order was not ready, which wasn’t surprising given the long line for in-person orders. I was relieved to have used mobile ordering, but it was frustrating to see everyone else who ordered after me receive their food and leave well before I did. In fact, I waited 41 minutes past the expected time for my order. No one apologized or even acknowledged that there were customers waiting. Having not been to Chipotle in over 10 years, this experience made me feel like I won’t be coming back again.

Their orders are always behind b... read more I’ve lived all over the country and love Chipotle but This is literally the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to in my life BY FAR. Their orders are always behind but today was something else entirely. They were over an hour behind on mobile/online orders so the manager literally locked the doors and started screaming at everyone in the restaurant that they wouldn’t be taking any new orders, then started ignoring customers when they asked about their orders that are an hour behind… About 5 of us just left without getting our food. Horrific customer service and I’ll never be returning to this location until there’s new management. Corporate really needs to look into this location because this is by far the worst location I’ve ever been to.

While you might have to wait in line for a bit, it's definitely worth it. The staff at the counter are always helpful and friendly. Most customers opt for takeout, but dining in is also an option if you prefer. I highly recommend checking this place out!
