**A Mixed Bag at Chipotle: A Local Experience Review**
Visiting a local Chipotle can yield a variety of experiences, reflecting both highs and lows. While some patrons enjoyed generous portions and fresh ingredients, others faced disappointments, such as salty dishes or incorrect orders. Service quality also ranged significantly, with some staff displaying friendliness and efficiency, while others engaged in unprofessional behavior. Cleanliness appeared inconsistent, particularly in restrooms and dining areas. However, a few locations stood out for their improved management and welcoming atmosphere, suggesting that this chain can indeed shine with delightful offerings when properly maintained. Overall, patrons appreciate the potential of Chipotle, despite recent inconsistencies.

I was standing there while the employees made food for themselves. Every single one that was working ignore my presence and they where joking around. I got tired of waiting and the food station was really unkempt as some of the foods and meats mixed together. I will not be back
The quality, service and experience at this location has done a complete 180 in my opinion over the last year. I frequent this location multiple times a week at different hours of the day and not only has the quality of offerings improved (everything is continuously stocked, i.e. vinaigrette/guac/proteins) but the frontline item members have become much more efficient and friendly over the past few months. When Jessie (the General Manager) is there, she’s always extremely personable and friendly and she, as well as most of her staff, now know my order by heart super sweet of all of them! Compared to most other Chipotle locations in the Pittsburgh area, this one is now a 10/10 for me!
Probably the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. I came in around 8, three hours before close, but they didn’t have black beans, fajitas, sour cream, or chips. Super disappointing.
Went to the cashier to ask a question about my online order. Her and her manager gossiping about others while I wait patiently. I said “hi excuse me” people looked at me but didn’t move. Crazy teenage girl says “she’s just standing there not saying anything” (I did say something she just looked at me and stared).. this girl has a mental breakdown acting like a 5 yr old. Manager finally takes over and says “what do you want” no “hi can I help you” no “hi can I help you with something.” Rudest chipotle employees ever they acting like they work at McDonald’s.. and my online order was 5% whatever I ordered and 95% guacamole.
